Arden, was located at 110 Forest Avenue in Catonsville, was the former home of Victor Gustav Bloede built in 1924. It has been razed to make room for a 23 unit PUD on the grounds of the estate. The property was given preliminary Historic Landmark status in January, 2008 by the Baltimore County Landmarks Preservation Commission.
